Scaffolding Worker

Working Hours
40 hours per week (Monday–Friday)
Probation Period
Up to 6 months (depending on employer)
Annual Leave
Minimum 20 working days per year (legal minimum)
Main Duties
- 1 Manual labor and assistance on construction/site work
- 2 Loading and unloading materials and tools
- 3 Cleaning and maintaining work areas
- 4 Assisting skilled workers as instructed
- 5 Following safety instructions and PPE requirements
- 6 Meeting employer requirement: No fear of heights
Legal Compliance (Serbia)
- Employment contract in line with Serbian Labour Law (mandatory contract elements).
- Employer provides mandatory social insurance (Pension, Health, Unemployment) as per regulations.
- Overtime and night work are compensated with an increased rate according to applicable laws and employer policies.
- Occupational safety: following safety measures and using PPE where applicable.
