Dairy Farm Assistant

Working Hours
40 hours per week (Monday–Friday)
Probation Period
Up to 6 months (depending on employer)
Annual Leave
Minimum 20 working days per year (legal minimum)
Main Duties
- 1 Outdoor farm work as assigned (seasonal where applicable)
- 2 Harvesting/picking and basic crop handling
- 3 Sorting/packing produce when required
- 4 Maintaining hygiene and safety at work
- 5 Following supervisor instructions and daily targets
- 6 Meeting employer requirement: Animal care basics
Legal Compliance (Serbia)
- Employment contract in line with Serbian Labour Law (mandatory contract elements).
- Employer provides mandatory social insurance (Pension, Health, Unemployment) as per regulations.
- Overtime and night work are compensated with an increased rate according to applicable laws and employer policies.
- Occupational safety: following safety measures and using PPE where applicable.
