CNC Machine Assistant

Working Hours
40 hours per week (Monday–Friday)
Probation Period
Up to 6 months (depending on employer)
Annual Leave
Minimum 20 working days per year (legal minimum)
Main Duties
- 1 Assisting production/assembly tasks as instructed
- 2 Operating basic tools/machines after training
- 3 Packing and quality control checks
- 4 Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area
- 5 Following safety rules and reporting hazards
- 6 Meeting employer requirement: Basic machine understanding
Legal Compliance (Serbia)
- Employment contract in line with Serbian Labour Law (mandatory contract elements).
- Employer provides mandatory social insurance (Pension, Health, Unemployment) as per regulations.
- Overtime and night work are compensated with an increased rate according to applicable laws and employer policies.
- Occupational safety: following safety measures and using PPE where applicable.
